Unlike average wine drinkers, enthusiasts and collectors of premium wine have more serious storage needs. Collezione’s state-of-the-art fine wine storage system is specifically designed to cater those needs. With its seamlessly integrated professional climate control, anti-vibration, and management system, Collezione is the best fine wine storage facility for you in the region. At the current stage, Collezione is capable of offering a capacity of 80,000 bottles (60,000 litres) of fine wine aging spaces for HK market.

Storage Conditions

Since we have strong support teams of experts in construction, engineering, design and building services, we are capable of installing state-of-the-art technology and equipments into our storage system with no inherent physical limitation of the premises.

1. Temperature

Controlled range: 13 – 15 °C (~55-59°F), which is perfect for the aging of all wine.

2. Humidity

Controlled range: 65-75% RH.

3. Anti-vibration

No agitation, turning or movement: Away from noise, strong air current, and sources of vibrations. All mechanical movement of machines or vehicles will generate vibration and has to be eliminated. Underneath every individual rack we have installed professional long-life vibration absorption material in order to reach the highest standard of protection (zero vibration) for your precious wines.

4. Lighting

Absolutely no exposure to sunlight or UV. Our storage areas are deliberately buffered against any opportunity of exposure to sunlight. We use only dimmed LED lights inside storage areas and the management of which is stringently controlled.

5. Ventilation

Fresh and clean air is needed for the storage environment.

6. Clean and Odour Free Environment

Keep the area clean and no smell is allowed. No bleach and petrol or kind of volatile agent to be used and stored inside the storage area. No food or substance that is likely to ferment inside the storage area.

7. Pest Control

Control on use of special type of agent.
